Deeds not Words that was the motto of the suffragettes.

English suffragettes storm British Parliament and 60 women are arrested, that happened on the 13 of January of 1907. It seems that a long time has passed since then, but the suffragettes were the first women to fight for equality: In that time women were not allowed to vote, because they were "too emotional" to do it (that was the argument used against them).
As you could see, it was not an easy struggle and some women died before we could reach the right to vote in democracy.
